Area and facilities
Marina Rossa residences are situated on the edge of the beautiful Golfe de Porto Vecchio, in a select, attractively landscaped private park amid cork oak and pine trees. The peaceful setting also enjoys extensive views to the distant mountains of the Parc Régional whilst the famous sandy beach at Cala Rossa is barely 3 and 10 minutes’ walk away; you can leave the car behind and make the most of the range of water sports such as water skiing and sailing.
The four recently-built terraced villas are stylish, unusually spacious and equipped to a very high standard. They are all fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
Accomodation
- From the elegant courtyard, enter the villa into an airy lounge/ dining room including a comfortable 3 seater sofa, colourful furnishings and cool tiled floor. The lighting can be controlled directy or indirectly and a telephone and TV set are also available
- The kitchen offers you all mod-cons: breakfast bar, fridge, freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine
- Quality cutlery and crockery for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- The 3 comfortable bedrooms in each villa (one twin and two double bedded rooms complete with headboard, two bedside tables and plenty of storage space) are tastefully decorated. One of the rooms has an en-suite shower room and separate wc. Naturally, each villa benefits from a family bathroom and there is a separate wc near the corridor
- An outside shower is located at the entrance of each villa so it’s easy to wash off the sand after a day at the beach
- Each villa has its own furnished, partly covered terrace (including a barbecue, a washing line, table, 7 chairs and 2 deck chairs)
- Clients have access to a private parking space
- Shared, heated swimming pool on the spot (12m x 6m)
